In continuation to our previous blog: How to Add Liquidity on DeFiChain Wallet…
Now, that we have learned how to add and remove liquidity on DeFiChain, let’s now go through the steps on how to sell, convert or swap your DFI.
1. Convert your dTokens to DFI
Since we swapped and earned some dTokens to add funds to the DFI liquidity pools of our choice, in order to liquidate all assets in our DeFiChain wallet, we have to swap it all to DFI.
If you can observe, before removing our funds from the liquidity pool, we’re seeing our LP token – dETH-DFI, and our dETH earnings from contributing to the pool. But right after removing liquidity, we are left with DFI and the decentralized asset dETH.
We cannot send dETH directly to any market so we have to convert this decentralized asset into DFI.
So we go to DEX, then just like how we did convert some of our DFI into the pair asset we need to for the liquidity pool we wanted, it will be the same process in reverse. Tap ‘SWAP’.
In this example, since I want everything to be liquidated, I chose to swap all (MAX).
The same process as every transaction: you have to Sign Transaction by entering your 6-digit PIN before it gets authorized.
2. Send your DFI to your Preferred Exchange
As mentioned in our last blog, only a couple of exchanges support DFI.
To withdraw, tap ‘SEND’, then put in your DFI receiving address.
Enter your 6-digit PIN to authorize the transaction. After a couple of minutes, your DFI should arrive in your wallet.
3. Sell your DFI
Lastly, as soon as your DFI coins arrived in your wallet, you can now swap them for other coins you preferred.
Happy investing! 🚀🚀🚀
